And it glows. I didn't actually notice the shape the first time I saw the page... the glow and the claw kind of had my attention the most. It orginally looks like a triangle with three dots on each side. Which is what it also appears to be in the last frame, just actually shapped like such. This time I noticed two additional things: a) the blood spot is glowing, and b) the blood spot is, or has become, a specific patterned shape. Coincidence? I think not...
