We have seen Maintainer in his true form (or have we?). I wonder if we will see Lilith too. She clearly is not human, even that she looks that way. More like some sort of vampire demon. Force of Evil. Like Rex Caligo.... Which BTW explains why Rex and Lilith has same color associated with them. In panel two there seems to be too many teeth in her mouth...
